Founded by Kimber Rachuy, an Air Force veteran, property manager, real estate investor, and lifelong learner, Path Finder is inspired by family, exploration, and a commitment to helping others thrive. Alongside her husband, also a veteran, and their three children, Kimber shares lessons from their journey across the United States and the United Kingdom, blending real estate, travel, and community building.
Real estate is still a big part of our journey. Single family homes give us steady rental income and appreciation. RV parks are another path we are excited about. With so many people choosing road trips and mobile living, parks can bring in strong cash flow while riding the wave of growing domestic tourism.
